2002 list bankruptcy
How can I get a discharge of debtors list from a 2002 bankruptcy?
I am trying to re-finance a 8% mortgage to 5.5% and the loan officer wants a list of debtors and a discharge of debtors for our 2002 bankruptcy. We filed without using a lawyer so I have n no one who might have these lists. What can I do to get these lists that originated in Ocala, FL?

I called the courthouse in the city in which I filed, and they referred to the federal level in Tallahassee. When I pushed the button for the records department one of the options was to get copies of records. The button gave me a phone number to Judicial Research and Retrieval services in Tampa. Their website is http://www.judicialresearch.com
I called, they emailed me a form and I returned it filled out with my credit card information. It should cost somewhere between $70 and $100 to get two pages retrieved and mailed to me. It will take 10-15 days. With my luck the mortgage rates will have gone up by then.
If all else fails you could check your credit reports and see what is listed there.
