Southwest service was impecable! My kids were flying unaccompanied minors, and we were running late, and I forgot the minor paper, and it was 5am! They were so nice! They got us transferred to another flight without a problem and without a fee (which was the best part). It was so nice to see a company not nickle and dime ya to death.
For smaller planes…..we flew JetBlue. It was okay, the service was good, the plane was old though. On one flight, the directv wasnt working and they emailed me a discount for next time for my inconvienence. I didnt feel inconveinenced but it was nice.
I would go with one of those 2 for best.
Worst-Delta. Prices are awful and they wanted to charge me 100.00 for my unaccompanied minors each way on top of the plane ticket. I have three kids. That is 600.00!! Not a chance! Especially when some airlines do this for free.
