anti obama protest signs
Where are the anti-war protesters?

It’s funny now that the Bush Administration is out of office. The blow horn anti-war socialists. Stopped protesting?

Obama is continuing the war. Don’t tell me Iraq was a waste and Afghanistan wasn’t. Because as I recall through History, Bush invaded BOTH COUNTRIES. We invaded Iraq and Afghanistan. It’s called “Global War on Terror”, the protesters never where anti-Iraq. They where anti-war.

So what happened blow horn liberals? Why aren’t you protesting Obama continuing the war. Make your picket signs and protest Obama.

Stop the double-standard.

*Disclaimer: Read what I typed, if you rant about Iraq being a waste, and Afghanistan isn’t, you obviously didn’t read what I typed. Thus a blow horn.
Lois Griffin: You’re a blow horn obama zombie. Saddam Funded hamas, and restricted the people from having freedom. That’s why when you watch Saddam get hung, many civilians are enjoying it. Same reason why they tore down his monuments and statues.

Blow your horn.

Oddly enough the liberals do not seem to realize that we are still in Iraq to this day yet they are no longer protesting. Prior to Bush leaving office he did negotiate a date with the Iraq government where they would take control of their own security. Obama stated during his campaign that he would remove all troops from Iraq by March 2009, later he changed his mind and said that we would have a small peace keeping force in Iraq (approximately 30,000 troops) still no outrage even after finding out that Obama lied.

Recall the outrage of the liberals when Bush signed the first Patriot Act and the outrage when he signed an extension to the Patriot Act.
Since that time President Obama signed yet another extension, this time there was no outrage.

Now it seems that since Obama is the president, the Iraq war is no longer illegal, There is no outrage about a new record setting month of US military killed and the war in Afghanistan is OK with them as well as the Patriot Act is no longer taking away our freedoms.
I notice that the ACLU has even stopped pursuing their lawsuit to stop the Patriot Act.

I would like to take the opportunity to explain why the war in Iraq was legal, not as defined by President Bush but by the Iraq Liberation Act that became Public Law 105-338 when signed by President Bill Clinton.

The Iraq Liberation Act stated that Saddam Hussein, because of his WMDs and usage of these weapons was a grave threat to the Middle East. The bill stated that the US should support his removal as leader, a democracy be implemented and to stabilize the country. The bill also spelled out financial aid that would be needed. The Iraq Liberation Act was signed into law October 1998. Though many criticize Bush for landing on the Aircraft Carrier with the “Mission Accomplished” sign on it, the mission was the removal of Saddam Hussein had been completed.
With the first votes for leadership the second part of the mission was complete. Stabilization took time but Iraq is not providing for its own security but the job is not yet completed. That is why we have our troops still stationed there.

Those that criticize Bush for attacking Iraq because they had nothing to do with 9/11 seem to forget that in December of 1998 President Clinton launched “Operation Dessert Fox” This was bombing raids over Iraq with the primary purpose of destroying of limiting Saddam Hussein s ability to produce weapons of mass destruction. Oddly enough the liberals were quick to point out that Bush did not find any WMD’s. Again this is untrue, while our military did not find the types of weapons we expected they did find illegal weapons casings and more than 500 metric tons of yellow cake.

The yellow cake was transported to Canada for disposal.

My guess is that the liberals are hypocrites, if there guy in in charge it is OK but if it is an opposing party then it is all bad and facts make no difference.
