When a company is going into administration what does this mean? Is it the same as going bankrupt?
It could mean that it’s going into Liquidation instead, the difference depends on if it is a Ltd company as that means only so much money is against the business in question – you would really need to ask whoever is dealing with the administration to get the real answer.
