bankruptcy agreed order

I special ordered and paid $200 for car audio install supplies from my local tweeter on 6/15/08. The associate & I agreed he would hold the product until my head unit is released and available for purchase (new model) which would be in about a month. I came in about 6 weeks later on 8/15/08 (I stopped by to touch base w/ him after about 3 weeks also) and told him I didn’t want head unit, just give me my stuff I already paid for. He tells me he just sold it he’ll order me another. 6 times I visited or called to get my stuff and a new story each time. Now their bankrupt and all I have is US Bankruptcy Court Proof of Claims Form. Is this my only option? If so, what are the chances I will get paid?
You may get some money back. Lots of people bought gift certificates the day before they closed. Others ordered stuff 1 hour before the bankruptcy. Everyone loses. You are a creditor to the bankruptcy. The problem is that you are behind all the secured creditors who had mortgages and contracts..
