Bankruptcy discharge applealed for “exception”?
One creditor has ask for an appeals hearing, but I think I can get it thrown out, do you know? 1)the evidence they are using is my credit history 4 months before filing (greater than 90 days).
2)The date of filing the appeal is past the deadline to appeal (30 days from hearing)
I have other reasons that I will submit, but aren’t these 2 enough to have it dismissed? Thanks in advance.
You should be able to get it tossed..
