would being declared bankrupt affect a claim for a loan from the social fund?
should bankruptcy be declared in the application form?
being bankrupt should make no difference to your application for a loan though i would advise declaring it in your application. any monies loaned to you will be collected through your benefits just make sure you don’t ask for more than you can afford to pay back. Also may i say it is now 17 weeks tomorrow (friday) till the fat man dressed in red comes to empty his sack…….but remember it will take a while to process the claim. best of luck with it.
