My accociation declared bankrupcy.?
My town home association has declared bankruptcy. It’s a new community with only 20 units sold out of 180. Most have not been built. What should I expect or do. The area is Metro Atlanta GA.
If you own your own place, then sit back and watch what happens to the rest of the area. If your lease is with the association, then you may get evicted.
