bankruptcy before marriage
Do I file bankruptcy before or after I file for divorce–please help I want out of a bad marriage?
If you have to file for bankruptcy and sometimes theres no way around it,,,( I did it when I got divorced). Its better to do it after. That way if you get stuck with anything from the divorce,you can file it then.
