Keplinger Charged With Bankruptcy Fraud
Charles Henry Keplinger, owner of River City Tile and Granite, has been charged with bankruptcy fraud. The bill of complaint said while contemplating filing for bankruptcy he “knowingly transferred and concealed property.”
