Will Microsoft overtake Apple?
I’ve seen the new Apple stuff about having Boot Camp and the ability to run Microsoft Windows while Microsoft is not doing anything the same as Apple. So is Apple doing this because they are going bankruptcy , or is it the first step that will lead to Microsoft purchasing or owing Apple?
Well, I doubt Apple has any plans on surrendering to Microsoft. As to their profit loss ratio, i can not verify, but they do have a loyal fan base to pull income off…..
This compatibility campaign from Apple is a marketing strategy to make their product more viable to the general public, and despite Apple’s advertising campaign Windows has historically been more compatible than Apple’s products, and still is….
You see their commercial warfare, obviously
a basic understanding when companies start pushing hard on their commercial campaign is
1)They are not doing well (at all or on a specific product) and want to boost consumer awarenesssales
2)They are displaying a new product
You see a large advertising push for Washington Mutual before their fall
I guess we will see who is going to win the war, a big battle will probably occur when Apple’s Snow Leopard Meets Windows 7…..
