bankruptcy claims bar date
My employer is in Bankruptcy, why did I get a Bar date order for a proof of claim?
It’s possible that you may be owed past wages or salary that were accrued at the time they filed bankruptcy. Does your company owe you money of any kind? If not, than I wouldn’t worry about it. If they do, than the Bar Date is the deadline to file a claim for the amount they owe you.
