bankruptcy class action settlement
PLEASE HELP: Bankruptcy/ Class Action suit where ONE Party in Suit found Fugitive/Defendant?
I need case law/FRCP that supports that the Plaintiff that is able to find a DEFENDANT on the run & serve him find him guilty, etc…and get the cash for a class of people that were wrongly defrauded should get first priorities in the settlement as well as a higher percentage then the other parties in the class action?
