There is a judgment of eviction through the clerk of court on file from 2 years ago. Since then, bankruptcy was filed, credit has been established, no balances are any. My friend has 2 boys and currently lives with her parents in a one bedroom apartment. She has saved up enough, has a job offer and needs to move back to Florida, however this record shows through the clerk of court in Florida, not credit report, she doesn’t have that judgment in any of her reports and owes nothing. What would be her best option?
