Ex-SK Foods Chief Indicted on Racketeering Charges (Update1)
Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) — The former chief executive officer of SK Foods LP, the Lemoore, California-based processer of tomato products, was indicted on racketeering charges for allegedly bribing customers and selling goods containing illegally high levels of mold, prosecutors said.
