What are Canada’s human and civil rights on employment discrimination against bankruptcy?
I have been discharged from bankruptcy for 2 years now. I am interested in going back to school for business finance and wanted to know if it is at all possible to ever get a job at a bank, as a bank teller or mutual fund advisor …. because they do credit checks, and they will see my bankruptcy on my file. Are my chances better if i am recommended by a senior bank employee or if i wait the 7 years for it to come of my file.
