bankruptcy financial management

Bankruptcy …….I need help please : (?
I have a huge bad debts that mount up over the years. I am in really bad shape and every month I’m just servicing the minimum sum for over 10 credit cards and 5 overdraft facility. Am at the verge of breaking down, and I cant bring myself to seek help from family cause I dont wish to be branded as my Dad cause he’s a gambler, but dont get me wrong, I dont gamble, I just simply lost my financial management capabilities due too many uncertain issues that happened to my life and my family……..I love my family and I would very much wanna give my Mother a good life, but with my current state, I’m really lost…..and I’m unfillial cause I’ve never bring my Mom to any overseas trip in her lifetime……I’ve checked every bank if they can help with a consolidated debt, but all turned me down except illegable money lenders and also possible cheaters trying to get at me with my plight…..I need some genuine guidance from compassionate people please……thankful to all of you.
Find a good bankruptcy attorney and talk to them. Some will offer a free initial consultation. This can get your debts structured so that there’s a set payment plan and a definite end date to it.
Also, you could check into Consumer Credit Counseling agencies in your area. Explore your options. Either way your credit is already going to be destroyed, you will just have to work at cleaning it up afterwards.
There are plenty of mortgage companies and auto loan companies that will give you a loan a day out of a bankruptcy, so all hope is not lost if you decide to go that way.
I am not an attorney, and this is not legal advice.
