Bankruptcy Form 22A, Question #10 list all other income?
I am an individual who is filing my own chapter 7 bankruptcy forms because I can’t afford an attorney. On bankruptcy form 22A, question 10 it ask you to list all other income. Well in my case, I do not have monthly income for the time being. However, I am a full time student and I do receive school refund checks (not monthly income) if their is a remaining balance. I receive a check after a semester is over which is every 2 or 3 months. Do I list these checks on question 10 as other income source or should I not even consider this income for question 10?
This is not income because either it is part of a loan you took on or it is a refund of a payment you already made.
