Should I file bankruptcy before I get married?
I lost 2 rental houses to foreclosure, my home is starting foreclosure, I have had it for sale but can’t get the bank to do a short sale. I work on 100 percent commission and my income has been low for the past 4 months. I am 2 months behind on my car and have 10,000 in unsecured past due debt. I don’t want to bring this baggage into my marriage in 4 months. She has perfect credit and a good income. I have been told I need to get this over with before I get married. Thank you.
try holding off the wedding until you have gotten this all under control, try filing bankruptcy and get all of your debt paid off and get your credit score improved
i am only going to suggest this if you haven’t already set a wedding date….but i would still try bankruptcy anyways
