bankruptcy hardship letter
Will colleges accept me?
idc if its UC(i doubt) or state, but would a college accept me besides community college?
I have about a 2.3 Gpa cumilative and 2.5-2.7 overall, but i just did super bad 1st semester junior year below 2.0! which i will be making up my 2 F’s this summer and am working very hard this 2nd semester junior year. I have gone through alot of tough hardships during high school like dad becoming homeless from bankruptcy and such. I have very good connections with well known people who can write me recommendation letters like Yul Kwon (winner of Survivor) and police because i go to a junior police academy and my pastor from church. My SAT score is 1600-1800. Plus i can guarentee a 4.0 during senior year if that counts. Which colleges in CA will accept me? or other states.
Few selective colleges will take you, though maybe several will give you a chance if your SAT is very good. Consider the following:
Pacific Union College (Napa)
Menlo College (Palo Alto)
Stevenson University (Maryland)
Capitol College (Maryland)
Oregon Institute of Technology
If might be better for you to start in Community College.
