bankruptcy help free

im 21 years old and need to file bankruptcy with no income. is there help to file free of expenses?
over $14000 in debt, legal aid said they aren’t taking cases, credit counseling people want $ to help…
It is much harder these days to declare bankruptcy than it used to be. And no, it won’t be free. I’d suggest finding someone who understands money who can meet with you and help you determine how to get yourself out of debt.
You didn’t mention what the debt was. If it’s medical or credit card or personal loans, what your solution is will be different. Giving up and trying to just simply not pay people back isn’t really the right thing to do at this point in your life. Damaging your credit will cost you more in the long run. Could you get a second (or third) job? Hard work and careful saving and not spending as much is going to be a better route for you.
We’ve paid off a lot of medical debt in the last several years on a meager income. It’s hard work but not impossible.
