bankruptcy hiding assets
can anyone please tell me the changes new rules now for chapter 7 bankruptcy..?
i am strongly considering this option due to something that came up and want to be sure from a third party good impartial advice on how this is. i have no assets to hide and have not been employed long, but i do have medical expenses to pay for a family member….
Call Legal Aid in your city. They will be able to at least refer you to someone who knows the laws.
