Bankruptcy by HMRC (court order) – Kerry Katona?
Kerry Katona has been made bankrupt because she has not paid an outstanding tax bill.
However, does this mean she doesnt have ANY money, and officially owes more than she owns, or does it mean that because she owes the money to the HMRC, they have made her bankrupt despite her financial status, because she refuses (or cant) pay what she owes them? Is it the punishment because she hasnt paid the bill, or is it the outcome of having no money?
I ask this because clearly she lives in a big house, has money coming in from her column and the ads???

be bop – yes but my point is,,, has she been made bankrupt because the ‘accounting’ has shown she has more debt than asset,, or has the HMRC been able to make her bankrupt as punishment for not paying a bill.
Kerry Katona is a greedy *****. normal people have to pay tax and most people earn a hell of a lot less than she does. She’s boasted about her home and her cars in her magazine column. She’s loaded. but obviously has a very good accountant. Why anyone chooses to employ the useless woman I can never understand.
