If my name was taken out off a house deed and my brother wont put it back, do I have a claim to the house?
My mom took my name off the original deed when I filed bankruptcy in 1993, she passed in 1997 and we forgot to put my name back. It was a joint tenancy so my brother’s name is on the deed. He wont put my name back. Do I have a claim to the house?
