Legal / Debt Question?
So here’s the basics of the story, I am living in NV (if it makes any difference) and have recently bought a house (7 months ago) I’ve gotten myself into some credit card debt and am ashamed to say that I have not been able to pay the monthly payments recently… I tried for a debt consolodation loan through my credit union, and was unable to obtain that. I guess that my questin is, where do I go from here? Is the a form of bankruptcy where I can file against only the one credit card? If I do file, can they attach any kind of lien or anything on my house? DO I have other options besides bankruptcy? HELP!! PLEASE!
ARe you in debt like millions, 10000 plus or just around 5000 or less, if you are in debt badly you need to speak to a debt counselling company. careonecredit they should be able to help you, if they say that they can’t then you need to find out what you have to do about your debt and your info on your house. you have to be very carefull with that bankruptcy thing, it is a good thing when someone is in debt and cannot pay anything at all, but if you can somewhat consolidate your debt then you should do so.
