bankruptcy litigation
I am studing for my Series 6 license but may have to file Bankruptcy. Will that keep me from geting licensed?
My financial issues started 1 1/2 years ago and my credit cards are all charged off or pending litigation. I may have to file bankruptcy. Will this impact my licensing or my standing in the financial field?
I have a mortgage that has never been late, a previous car payment that was never late and paid off early & student loans that ARE NOT in default.
You may want to hold off on filing for bankruptcy until after you pass the test. Good luck, I got licensed 4 years ago and the test wasn’t bad.
