bankruptcy married filing single
i filed bankruptcy in 2004, i was single at the time, I am now married, can i file again?
The simple answer is NO..
BK follows the person, not the marital status… and it hasnt been long enough…
Why not try to figure out how you are in trouble AGAIN after less than 5 yrs….??….
