I am thinking of moving to Alaska, or canada. Can my money troubles follow me??
I may have to file bankruptcy because of a recent divorce and a very vengeful ex-wife. She has held letters from creditors past dates of appeal. The minnesota dept. of revenue is trying to levy my wages because of this. I need to get out from under this problem. I dont know where to go to get away from her. I am sure I wont be able to stay in the states. PLEASE HELP.
