I had a bankruptcy discharged 13 months ago, My car was included but I was allowed to keep my car.?
I have been making payments on it but the car loan was never reaffirmed. Am I still obligated to pay this loan off? I live in New Mexico.
Although you may not have reaffirmed it, your lawyer probably did on your behalf. Otherwise they would have taken it since it was a secured loan.
