Where to look for bankruptcy laws online.?

I have a friend who is considering filing for bankruptcy. But before he does, he wants to get a general idea of what it’s all about before discussing it with a lawyer. Where is a good place online, thats uses layman’s terms, to find info? He also lives in Tenn. Thanks.
