With too many unsold cars, Toyota to idle Georgetown plant
Toyota is shutting down production of Camrys and other vehicles in Georgetown for up to four days over the next two months, to winnow the number of unsold cars backing up on dealer lots amid unprecedented recalls, company spokesman Mike Goss said Tuesday.
