trustee fee/compensation in chapter 13 bankruptcy filing?
Hi everybody,
does anybody have any idea as to how much is paid to the trustee assigned to a chapter 13 bankruptcy case? i am in new jersey. thanks a lot 
You won’t have a definite figure until all your income, debts and assets are looked at….an attorney can give you a rough idea, the final amount is determined by the trustee of the bankruptcy courts.
