bankruptcy trustee questions
I have a question about bankruptcy w/and inheritance and taxes.?
Will I have to pay any taxes on an inheritance used to pay off my debtors by the trustee of my bankruptcy? My mother passed before my bankruptcy went through, and the trustee is going to take what I inherit.
Not if the executor did things right. Usually the estate pays any taxes.
