Can a debtor in bankruptcy sue a trustee in State court under Virginia state law/?
I have lost over one million dollars due to a chapter 7 trustee with intentional gross negligence and misconduct.My case is almost 6 years old and my 18 ears of work have been lost.Grievances includes no civil notice,to me and parties of interest,affidavits containing documented lies made to the FCC,many repeat offenses that where not in the description of his duties.Leave to sue in federal court with a jury trial is my other option if some one can advise me as to what is possible. Also all funds from my estate have been cut off to provide a defense and failure to insure the estate against dmage and against bodily harm when the tower of 2 radio station was destroyed during this time.Please respond.Thanks
There is no such thing a intentional negligence. The Federal Communications Commission has nothing to do with bankruptcy. The fact you are not DEAD, means your estate does not yet exist. You need an attorney just to properly explain the gross negligence involved in posting this so-called question.
