In 2003, I filed a VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL of a Chap.13 bankruptcy. How long before it comes off my credit?
It was 2003 when I voluntarily dismissed my Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Tennessee. Just wondering if maybe Im getting close to having it removed
In your case, if you filed in 2003 it was under the old law. Chapter 13′s would only be reported for 7 years, so it should come off in 2010.
