bankruptcy wages
Bankruptcy – wages and bank accounts. How does it work?

I am working and receiving a monthly income through my bank account. I understand that all my bank accounts will be frozen if i declare myself bankrupt. Therefore how will my wages be paid when my account gets frozen?

Thank you for your answers.

It depends on the bank, some will freeze/close accounts but others are more friendly towards bankrupts, which bank are you with? Co-Op is quite good with insolvency clients, perhaps you could open a basic account with them but it would be better to go into the bank to speak to an account manager first.
