Can u claim bankruptcy twice?
I claimed bankruptcy once about 8 yrs. ago,cam I claim it again. Im try to pay things but I cant even pay my regular bills. Im a single mother and I have been looking for the last 3 months to find a part time job and Im recently laid off,going on 3 wks and just got my first check,but after taxes its not even 200.00. any suggestions. no one seems to understand that I have no money to pay all my bills,they just want their money or else. Im getting very stressed trying to struggle.Any advice will help thank you all so much!!! Oh and no possible way to get a loan not even with a co-signer.
I can relate. You can file twice — call the closest bankruptcy court in your area and ask for the clerk’s office. As them when you will be eligible to file again.
I totally understand. I was laid off 10 weeks ago and around here, it’s almost impossible to get a decent job.
