canada bankruptcy law

wondering if anyone knows about drivers licence laws in canada?
i cant register a vehicle in saskatchewan and my licence have been revoked.I am wondering if anyone knows if I could go to Alberta and get a drivers licence out there. So if you could help me out with this question it would be greatly appreciated.I got my licence revoked over 10 years ago i got into an accident when i was 18 now i am 34 and the debt has never gone away i didnt have the means to pay it.could I claim bankruptcy on this debt?
Of course the debt hasn’t gone away! Why should it? Interest makes it get bigger, not smaller! You won’t get a driver licence anywhere in Canada or the US until you work something out with Saskatchewan to pay it off. And no, you can’t bankrupt your way out of liability debts. As an insurance broker who does vehicle registrations as well, who will soon have driver licence issuance added, I can tell you I have seen this before. Non-payment of child support in another province restricts you as well.
