My bankruptcy attorney was “Denied.Parties requesting notice and chaper 13 trustee not on certificate of serv”?
This was per local rule 9013(d)(f). What does this mean? I just completed all my bankruptcy payments in accordance wirh the schedule.
You cannot tell what happened in a court by reading a docket entry. It sounds like your lawyer failed to serve the trustee with a court paper, which is a very stupid mistake indeed. The court denied whatever relief your attorney asked for, because no notice was provided as required by law and the Constitution.
But no one can be sure based upon what you’ve posted.
Call your lawyer and if he does not answer your questions to your satisfaction, file a complaint with the state bar.
