financial management certificate bankruptcy
I wanted to know how to file a motion to reopen my bankruptcy case? ?
My lawyer never turned in my certificate for my financial management course, so it was never filed with the courts. So now I can’t get a hold of my attorney, go figure, since he knows he screwed up. But I contacted the trustee and I will have to file a motion to reopen and file the certificate. Well I have the $260 fee, and the Form 23. I just need help writing the motion.
