She included my student loan in her bankruptcy without my knowledge. All of my student loans are in deferrement since I am still in school? How does that affect my credit score.
In school, we were told that student loans MUST be paid back and the are never included in bankruptcy. That’s what financial aid told us.
Talk to the lending agency, it’s the only way to know for sure.
