how bankruptcy affects taxes
How will I be affected by a bankruptcy?
The company I worked for most of 2008 declared chapter 11 bankruptcy in December. Will this have any affect on me receiving my W-2 by the end of the month or will it change anything in the way we file our taxes?

Okay, maybe I’m wrong and its not chapter 11… the company is no longer functioning and closed its doors in November.
