how bankruptcy affects your credit

Has anyone ever filed for Bankruptcy… twice??
How will this affect my credit for things like houses and cars in the future. I understand this stays on your credit report for 7-10 years. Do they keep track of how many times you file? does it mtter how many times you file? Can anyone help?
Yes they can find out how many times you have gone BK, You can only file every so many years. Life does not end because of bankruptcy. You have to do what is best and for yourself accept your decision and move on. with that being said would think that unless one faced dire circumstances they would have learned their lesson and not go through bankruptcy a second time.
Expect to pay higher rates for cars and houses for at least the next 5 years ……..
