how many years bankruptcy
Filed for Bankruptcy and got house Foreclosure…How many years do I have to wait until I can buy a new house?

I think you need to talk to the bank. Did they release you from your mortgage as part of the foreclosure? That would make a difference for your credit rating. If you did not get a clear release from the bank, I believe you have about 7 to 10 years to get your credit cleared up. If you were cleared by the bank, it will take approximately 3 years to reestablish your credit.
