which chapter of bankruptcy do I need to file ?
I have a lawsuit filed against me for a car wreck I was in 4 years ago with no insurance 40,000.+ I’m a 22yoa single mother who needs to clear this up and have a fresh start…Thanks for any advice you can offer…
Before you file bankruptcy please investigate whether there are any alternatives. Bankruptcy does not make your debt disappear and it will be very messy and stressful.
