irs bankruptcy discharge
bankruptcy help?

I could really use some help, we filed in 06 and had to make payments
to the opposing judge $1,800 we paid that down to $400 and paid the
remainder on the jan 11th 2008 we had been making payments to pay the
opposing judge but now he is saying that it has taken to long and has
set a court date to revoke our discharge which we just found out by
mail on the 10th of jan 2008. this is the first time we have heard
about it. then the lawyer that represented us (very badly) called me
and said for $750 he could write a letter to the judge stating why it
has taken us so long to pay it off and represent us, but honestly we
dont have any money and are expecting or 4th child and still owe the
IRS for last year taxes..any advice/prayers would be awesome
thanks

Why do you need an atty to explain your situation? Write to the judge and see what happens. Can’t get any worse ?
