Judge rules that Hecker owes lender $83 million; says he lied to court
Denny Hecker cannot discharge $83 million of the debt he owes Chrysler Financial because he lied to the court and deliberately failed to comply with requests for documents, a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge ruled today.
