Outstanding lawyer bill?
I have outstanding lawyer bills and cannot afford to pay them what action can this lawyer take against me in Minnesota and if he does anything can i claim bankruptcy on it?
becouse i have no money that would not be a good payment plan i dont think
The lawyer can sue you. Some legal bills can be bankrupted, other cannot. The irony is that even bankruptcy requires you to pay some lawyer for his work.
Why not at least make the effort the others have urged to see if you can work something out? Nothing ventured, nothing gained, as they say.
