What happens with my car if Chrysler goes out of business? Not bankruptcy, but out of business?

I am 1 day away from taking possession of a Jeep Wrangler. So what happens to my car if it breaks down? What happens to my extended 6 yr warranty? I’m not talking about bankruptcy, but actually of going out of business like this article suggests? I’m sure someone will end up buying up the Jeep product but will they honor my warranty?
you will be screwed, get rid of the Chrysler now and buy a Japanese car.
