Queen Elizabeth II Commanding War in Afghanistan?
It says on Wikipedia on the War in Afghanistan page that the Queen of the UK is a commander in the war.
Does she actually plan battle strategies and what not?…
It also says Barack Obama is a commander, does he plan battles and the movements of troops too?

The Queen is not a “Commander in the war” she may be a colonel in chief of several regiments (but that is purely ceremonial) and all military personal have to swear allegiance to her but she has no say in military matters…Do not believe everything you read on Wiki.
